BlackBerry と TCL は 8 月 31 日、ドイツ・ベルリンで開催されている世界最大のコンシューマーエレクトロニクスショー IFA 2017 のプレスカンファレンスにおいて、現在インド限定で販売されている「BlackBerry KEYone」の限定モデル「BlackBerry KEYone LIMITED EDITION BLACK」のグローバル展開を正式発表しました。
「BlackBerry KEYone LIMITED EDITION BLACK」は、「BlackBerry KEYone BLACK EDITION」として展開されます。そしてなんと、日本への投入も発表されました。
日本国内では既存モデルより 10,000 円高い 79,800 円に設定されていて、2017 年第三四半期中に発売されます。つまり 9 月中の発売予定です。
「BlackBerry KEYone BLACK EDITION」
「BlackBerry KEYone BLACK EDITION」は既存の「BlackBerry KEYone」の 3GB RAM から 4GB に、32GB 内部ストレージから 64GB 内部ストレージスペックアップしたリニューアルモデルです。
見ての通り既存のシルバーカラーから、全体的にシックなブラックカラーに統一されています。このほかの主要スペックは、「BlackBerry KEYone」と変わりません。つまり、「BlackBerry KEYone LIMITED EDITION BLACK」のままです。
また、インドで先行販売されている「BlackBerry KEYone LIMITED EDITION BLACK」はデュアル SIM 対応となっています。日本に投入されるモデルがデュアル SIMとなるかは、今のところ不明。もしデュアル SIM となるのであれば、恐らく国内の 4G + 3G「DSDS」をサポートするでしょう。

TCL COMMUNICATION INTRODUCES THE BLACKBERRY® KEYone BLACK EDITION TO THE WORLD AT IFA 2017
BERLIN – August 31, 2017 –TCL Communication is today unveiling an all-new version of its award-winning BlackBerry KEYone with the introduction of the BlackBerry KEYone Black Edition coming soon to markets in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
