すでに閉鎖されてしまったスマートフォンメーカー「Essential Products」の知的財産所有権を取得した英国のベンチャー企業「Nothing Technologies Limited」は 2021 年 6 月 29 日、2021 年 7 月 27 日に同社初となる第一弾開発イヤホン「ear (1)」を発表することを明らかにしました。
「Nothing Technologies Limited」は、中国メーカー OnePlus の元ディレクター Carl Pei 氏が 2020 年 10 月に設立した、英国のベンチャー企業です。「Essential Products」の知的財産所有権所有後から目立った動きがなかった「Nothing Technologies Limited」ですが、ついに 2021 年 7 月 27 日の第一弾開発イヤホン「ear (1)」で、世界デビューとなります。
